The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Former two-time unified title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
In spite of such comments, a composed Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK opponent Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, consistently making massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really happening.
